How Long Records Are Kept

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to resolve your query, and then deleted within a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security analysis and then automatically overwritten or deleted when they are no longer required for that purpose.

Who We Share Data With

We share anonymised usage data with analytics providers and hosting companies who act only on our instructions. They cannot use your data for their own purposes. We never sell your personal data to any third party. Your information is not traded, rented, or otherwise transferred for commercial gain.

Information We Collect

When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. This is provided voluntarily by you. Our web server automatically records your IP address, browser type and version, and the pages you visit on the platform. This is standard logging for every visitor.

Your Rights to Access or Delete Data

You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you by using the contact form on the site. We will respond within the timeframes required by Malaysian law. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time through the same contact page. We will comply unless we are legally required to retain it for a specific purpose.
